We carefully select watermelons for their sweetness, freshness, and quality. However, as watermelon is a natural fruit, sweetness can vary slightly from one fruit to another.
We use seeded watermelons and carefully remove as many seeds as possible during preparation. As watermelon is naturally seeded, a small number of seeds may occasionally remain.
We do our best to recreate the exact design shown in the product image. However, because our cakes are made with fresh, natural fruits, the final cake may vary slightly in fruit size, shape, colour, arrangement and availability. The overall design, style and presentation will remain as close as possible to the displayed image.

Yes! You can share a reference image, theme, or idea with us, and our team will do its best to recreate it using fresh fruits. Since every fruit is naturally different in size, shape, and colour, the final design may vary slightly from the reference.
Absolutely! We love creating one-of-a-kind fruit designs for birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, corporate events and other celebrations. For highly customised cakes, we recommend placing your order at least 72 hours in advance so our team has enough time to bring your idea to life.
Yes! You can personalise your cake with a name using watermelon rind or melon letters. We currently offer 3 English name-writing styles for AED 30, up to 12 characters.
Yes. You can add a personalized greeting or message in English or Arabic during checkout, and we will include it on or with your order.
Yes. Selected party supplies and celebration products can be ordered separately. Minimum order for delivery is AED 135.

Our cakes are transported in temperature-controlled chiller vans and carefully packaged to help maintain freshness, presentation and quality during delivery.
Yes. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date and available time slot. We do our best to deliver within the selected window, although traffic and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
Yes. Pickup is available and can be selected during checkout, subject to the available pickup location and timings.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. Changes are subject to delivery availability and may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.
Yes! We do deliver to nurseries and schools. Please provide the nursery’s address, along with the child’s name and class details, at checkout to ensure smooth delivery. Our deliveries start from 7am.
We’ll provide an estimated delivery window when you place your order. On the day of delivery, our customer service team will keep you updated and share the estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Our watermelon cakes are best enjoyed fresh, ideally within 24 hours of delivery. Please refrigerate the cake as soon as possible, just like any other fresh-cut fruit.
Keep your cake refrigerated until serving. Because it is made with fresh fruit, it should not be left at room temperature for extended periods.
Refrigerate immediately and enjoy fresh. Freezing isn't recommended as it can affect the fruit's texture and appearance.
