Although our fruit cakes are free from added gluten, dairy, eggs, or animal products, they are made in a facility that also handles nuts, peanuts, soy, and gluten. Please inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering.
Our cakes are best enjoyed within 24 hours of delivery. Please refrigerate as soon as possible, just like any other cut fruit.
We do our best to match requested designs, but slight variations may occur in the final product due to the natural properties of fruit and manual preparation.
We ensure secure packaging and transport in a temperature-controlled van. Once the item is delivered and accepted, MelonMe is not liable for any damages resulting from mishandling or improper storage.
All products are subject to availability. In the event of seasonal fruit shortages or supply chain issues, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item of equal or higher value without prior notice.

Because our products are perishable, we ask customers to inspect items upon delivery.
If anything is damaged, please contact us immediately. Once the delivery person has left, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed.
Full payment is required in advance to confirm your order. We accept online payments only.
Cancellations or changes to your order must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. After this period, changes or refunds may not be possible due to preparation timelines.
